How to hire hardworking employees or simply find workers

Hiring Hardworking Employees, the Process isnt so Sophisticated

You may be beginning your own business or may be part of the human resource trying to find hardworking self motivated employees who can do a perfect job for you and your company as you try to deliver your product to the consumers. Hiring hardworking employees isnt really a difficult thing but could actually be an intense process as you try to create a working environment for them. There are two possibilities of hiring hardworking employees 1) Through a recruitment agency and 2) Directly yourselves. Lets begin to understand what is involved in both shall we.

Hiring Employees through an Agency

Your company may decide to hire employees by means of a recruitment agency. How do recruitment agencies work? Well pretty much simply, they allow a lot of qualified potential employees submit their C.Vs into their databases and later link them to companies that may be demanding their skills and expertise. Since it is obvious that most recruitment agencies receive truck loads of people submitting their C.Vs online, it is easier for these agencies to link your company to skilled manpower depending on what you are looking for. The advantage of this mode is that it takes the pressure off your company having to search for the right kind of candidate to fill the position. Finding a hardworking employee can actually be faster since their are many potential candidates in their databases and you as an organization just have to take your pick. The key is to tell the recruitment agency what kind of candidate you would like to see come for your interviews. The only disadvantage with this mode is that using an agency may be expensive sometimes compared to if you had to use your own manpower in your company. Because hiring a recruitment agency to do all your dirty work of hiring hardworking employees is like contracting a consultant which will always attract an added cost. When you get the right hardworking employees then can your working environment be so much better.

The most important thing when it comes to hiring hardworking employees  is to know what you as the human resource are looking for. That should be clearly defined. Most of the time it is good to hire employees that have the basic experience you are looking for, that have some form of qualification which can add value, Some form of genuine interest in the job e.t.c Let your desires of the best employee come out clean before you even go looking for the job. Now here are the common ways you can find the hardworking employee that you are looking for;

1) Through your Networks; You have obviously built some good networks over the years who know of very hardworking employees already working in the industry whom they might feel would be interested in your offer. However, this mode of finding the employee has its own ups and down. The truth is, it may not be the most recommended because you have limited options from which to choose. However if you find the right employee who can join your working environment, this method of finding the right employee can prove to be a rewarding experience.

2) All by yourself; You can simply advertise the position in the media. This is what makes the process very costly because paying the cost of advertising all in the name of finding the hardworking employee can be really frustrating. But if you find the right employee, then can you have a sigh of relief. The key is to know what you as a company are looking for. Its important to clearly define the job description and make sure you clearly understand what you expect from this employee. Once you finally shortlist the candidates can you begin your interviews with them.

Hardworking Employees make a difference
When you are privileged to have found the employee of your dreams and 6 months down the line you see that they are actually hardworking and actually do make a significant difference, do not waste time but make them yours forever. Qualities of most hardworking employees are as follows;

1. These employees are committed
2. These employees are hardworking
3. These employees work under minimal supervision
4. These employees know their job and know it well
5. These employees are loyal
6. These employees put up their best and take initiative

That was just some of the few pointers about hardworking employees should you want to identify and then fully have them in your company after probation period.
